well , pretty much every one of RMS long line of takeovers has resulted in a price drop initialy .....hardly ever does the bidder price rise on takeover and this will probably be viewed as a t/o and there be an expectation of premium to be paid .

But price always rebounds nicely after .
So far anyway .

We've already seen WGX price rise in anticipation of a premium bid .....so would have to say WGX the SP winner .

But then again ....if RMS aren't happy with the panels response to their complaint ....or if they judge an unyeilding attitude from WGX management or maybe even get feedback from major WGX holders .....they can walk away without making an offer ...costs nothing , just a lost opportunity unfortunataely .
The SP would likely rebound in that case and likely WGX price would drop .

RMS record with t/o's has not been perfect perhaps but has I think been very good and I'm happy to trust their judgement in this matter at this stage
