I think its pretty clear that the management isn't aligned with shareholders, how many of them own significant amounts of shares, that they bought, not issued. They seem to sell then issue themselves more and more. If they don't have faith in the shares why would anyone else. I think it should be a requirement for management of any company to buy and hold a significant amount of their net worth in shares.
