Whilst I see the logic there, the 0.09c offer is not cash, but script in another unlisted entity, imo that's not comparable to a conventional acquisition offer where the SP closely tracks the offer price. That combined with the fact the offer is not a welcome one and may still get voted down, means there's far more uncertainty here to price in...
For my part I briefly considered buying a small parcel yesterday at 0.066 but didn't, due to the above.
