why not.....................I am seeing many pipes being laid and the preparations are happening IMO................some financial issue is my guess for the slight hold up. It could be something like CLQ want a 50 % deposit and TCC said no.................now TCC are willing to pay close to 1 mill so it sounds like green for GO to me
