Clearly the Company has a lot of faith in what the new COO will deliver, giving her 5 years to achieve a share price of $0.138 for the vesting of these options. Issue date is 1/7/21 when the share price was $0.115. 5 years to move that to $0.138! Hahaha. Is this a joke? Hopefully the ramping does not continue because it will undoubtedly hurt small shareholders when that feeble support wears, this and other dilution given to nepotistic hires kicks in and the tumble comes! But yes, i like the name TOY too - by far the best new management has delivered to date.
