It’s a miss on its current forward PE expectations. Not shocked at all for the price reaction. Margin compression, inflating biting both the business as well as outlook for consumption. Double whammy.
Celebrity endorsed wine now starting to stagnant and or decline.
I still rate it a buy, but I suspect things could get worse before they get better. There are cheaper stocks around in a slugging market.
