WE and SE will be more costly due to needing more processing of the gas and 2-3 years ago they costed WE stage 1 has processing facility costed at 150 million which would be more like 200 million now. Walyering has taken forever for something that was meant to be straight forward and the pipeline connection distances short, so I don't see how WE and SE are not going to be either costly or long to bring to first production.
