Maybe the market is now concerned about whether STX is an imposter? Walyering was supposed to be a exclamation mark as to STX's credibility to transition from explorer to producer. Leaking the failed TO to the media has publicly exposed their failure at Walyering and for a bonus point, shown their petulance towards a JV partner. STX only gets damaged by that article, I can't believe they thought it was a good idea to leak it.
