Hey HC,
I have no doubts TPD would be capable to finance on the back of the Waylering cash flows, however I’m not sure how easily it would be, I cant imagine Colby walking in to Macquarie bank in the middle of December, with the balance sheet on the red and walking out of that office with the deal of the century hmmm very unlikely!!!
I am holding a small parcel of TPD, just on the off chance of a superior offer, but I wouldn’t be holding my breath as the odds are quite small. Last time the big boys tried that game STX SP gone up substantially. I don’t think they will play that game again.
But hey this is my thoughts only, the real Showdown will happen after the SOA is completed.
