I think the gap is a bit narrower than that. For arguments sake give us US$5m to go drilling. If its a dud we aren't paying you back and the maximum return we will give you is double the value in our shares.
Or you market cap is $60m and we will give you 50% more equity in the project for half the value.
No doubt the saga has weighed on TMK price and the dilution is greater and feel this has been factored in.
I think its all good from here for TMK as this clears the air moving forward and allows full autonomy
