Thanks Zadah. Lets hope a similar timeline is achieved as it would seem TPG are stuck in a state of limbo until this is resolved. I hope and look forward to the ACCC being completely rolled over when this case in viewed in terms of the law and not the musings of Sims who seems to have adopted a Utopian view.
