Very wel-said with some wording: "if the ACCC is so concerned about competition why does the ACCC not cripple/throttle the duopoly until the court case is settled, or tpg has completed it's tiny nerwork in the name of competition." We're utterly confused about the faulty and baseless logic of ACCC to deny the merger. It is clear to everyone that ACCC decision to deny the merger is just to vanish tpg and voda from the entire teleco scene. It is high time TPG and Voda did start the court case with utmost right might and potential lobbies. ACCC was so nervous that it made mistake to release the premature decision; I'd like to assume that the premature leak is their original decision they made even before reading and judging anyhting they received from tpg and voda. Time they took to announce the decision was a mere eyewash. Does anyone knows exactly when tpg and voda can start the court case?
