The track record of the ACCC is not good when it comes to the privatised ex Government entities. Take Competition out of their name and replace it with protection. Qantas, Telstra, Sydney Airport, etc., all do very well with the ACCC. It seems the meaning of competition in this country is "looking after the shareholders that bought into privatisation floats".
The rise in Telstra's share price and the fall for TPM and VHA says it all.
