    Imho, the decision was not about compition at all, as seen by tls share price bolting now
    more like letting the duopoly get a extended head start, hobbling the miniature 3rd and 4th telcos,
    a inquiry should be started into the Accc reasonings,
    A prime example in the US Tmobile and sprint merger oing green lights
