Didn't mean to come across as a dooms dayer, was just trying to offer a reason why it was going down. I'm long TPM myself. I think the market will eventually focus on the synergies between the two companies once the path to a merger is cleared. There's a lot of cross selling and mobile/internet product bundling potential between existing VHA and TPG customers.
