If they spurn this offer BBG will be on an express elevator well below $1 IMO and it'll be the fastest repeat of history on offer. You guys are going to have to forget about the coulda, shoulda's of previous offers and what might have been - shareholder value has been destroyed permanently and losses will have to be taken unfortunately - as bad as that may taste. I have no faith in the present board given their track record of decision making and think its time for shareholders to salvage what's left. I wouldnt dismiss the speed with which the fundies offloaded their stake with such contempt.
