    Where the mergeco has a listing value of 15bn at roughly the current share price.

    Add:
    Special dividend of 60c fully franked - 86c unfranked per share.
    Singapore spectrum and build running at roughly $150m, that's 16c per share.

    So at least another dollar per share of value to be had here.
