What a lottery, no indication at all what the special dividend will be worth despite 358 pages to the scheme booklet. May be a good trade but hard to know, holding till the record date will mean having to hold and pay an extra couple of percent in brokerage as well.

If margin lenders forget to remove the LVR's before record date (as high as 70%) they could find some punters fleecing them if this is the only stock they hold... very tempting but highly unethical and they would of course pursue
