it wouldn't be Kerr, Paul put a stop to that in the last agm. he introduced a poison pill where he could cap raise above that standard allowable amount if any one person had more than 50% of the company in shares. and if it's any other company like strides that would be a major breach. I think it's just over excited day traders. I reckon goldbugbob did some spruiking the day he bought in.
