TPGS is not patent protect-able ????
Please look back through the posts at that time you will find there are dozens and dozens of TPGS Patents, in fact there are Patent Applications in for TPGS/CBD right now. (which i might add precludes TPM gaining novel status
TPM has 80% vitamin E as opposed to 20%TPGS
Well Paul and Roksan have already run statistically significant head to head trials (that they have not mentioned, but I found them anyway) that found as a comparator there is NO DIFFERENCE
TPGS is more water soluble than TPM and it is used more in aqueous soluble.
Big deal, that only matters if you are making a milkshake, we have used both now in Cosmetics that we wholesale and the TPGS as its CGMP is a lot easier to use. In fact we have 5kg of TPM if you want it. Will do you a deal.

Injectables
Neither of them have a product but there are about 10 candidates in Peer Review at the moment for TPGS and Nanoparticle injectable solutions in play at the moment. TPM doesnt have any FDA approval's in place so you are looking at 7-10 years IMHO
