Good volume and rise on the news so some people are impressed.+
A couple of pips? This has nothing to do with the actual content of the announcement (why would it, there's no results to make a valued judgement) but to do with us poor desperate POH holders latching onto anything that looks like vaguely positive news. POH was 2c just over 3 months ago, now 1.8c. That to me doesn't represent impressed, just natural gyrations on a puffy announcement.
