What does what you are saying have to do with ISX? Anyone can invest in other companies and get their capital back, that is just how investing works.

ISX, however, is still in suspension and would remain in suspension indefinitely. I have always been saying from the start that I believe that NSX is sort of an "ark" for ISX. Eventually it would become the new ISX while the legacy ISX is going to be an abandoned and delisted husk.
