    I do not really understand that post but for clarity:

    NSX contract out the hard stuff to ASX at present (that is why they are sinking coin into a new in-house system).

    There are NO nasdaq tie-ups here (except the code was "borrowed" under as yet unexplained conditions....... so smokey).
