I'd prefer to see revenues increase and costs reduce.
On the revenue side though, all health care providers have Medicare hanging over them, not overtly but in terms of how much out of pocket pressure the patients feel and the competitive flow on from that.
On the cost side, we've got wages and equipment and rent mainly.
I don't know how much money goes into maintaining and upgrading equipment, that's probably an uncontrollable expense. Cost of obtaining and retaining professional staff is bound to be rising all the time.
