I Don’t Think So…A Fund Will Try To Take SkyCity Out Again At These Levels..
Once the New Hotel & Convention Centre Finally Opens…the new Cashflow will start & Fletcher ( Building ) will start making a profit again too….What a disaster for all concerned this has been due to Building Delays & then the Fire….
At least SkyCity has had penalty payments from Fletcher Building & insurance.
But will be Great to finally get the doors open, as it’s quite an impressive Build & addition to the Skycity precinct.
