i can also take it to this way: operating EBITDA can be a metrics, or useless, because every year you have to pay interest, tax and capex to maintain and growth. If we think about more realistic figure, NPAT, $200m forecast in the year end, EV (less PEXA, share price $5.7)/NPAT is about 15x, the comapny is fairly valued atm. So, i wouldnt be surprised if Mr Market pushes the price further down.
