Yeah you got to laugh or you''ll cry - the Board was overseeing this debacle, its on them, their heads PCSIL is what it is today - a disgrace, EV destruction. Then they decide to wedge themselves in and collect their wages for a couple of years whilst others have to manoeuvre around them to try and clean their mess up. Most would hang their heads in shame and try to exit quietly, full of self loathing at their pathetic contribution...But no, lets be the impediment to shareholders trying to recoup value...
