shorts at 1.7% - lowest level in years so it’s big players realising it’s not a quick sell down and deploying funds elsewhere
I would also like to know if the reason they can’t just shut down PCSIL instantly is that the regulator would prevent this due to impacts of customers otherwise you would do it tomorrow
