why oh why oh why - after umpteen years of stalling and what appears to be inactivity they are going for CR. well I won't be participating UNLESS there is a complementary ANN regarding what is to be done. But unfortunately given the history here even if timeframes are provided it doesn't necessarily mean they will be adhered to.
