Is this an educated or uneducated guess..What are we getting to? Are we going to start betting on the terms of the capital raising? I could say SPP at 100 million bucks to dig 10 wells, production by December but I won't say that because it would be stupid and a waste of everyone's time.
IMO if I was in charge of a public company with a falling share price and I had to raise capital I would call a trading halt and take a couple of days to get it right...let the emotion on HC settle
