My opinion (which could be wrong) may be Big Oil Coy buying $10-$20M worth of shares at say 5c-8c a share.... DW wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't to benefit current shareholders in some form. Possible additions to drilling IW2 next year?
Premium price - can't buy that no on market, so premium for a big parcel, and good to have a major on board???
