Let's think of the logic here...
IGO gives news to ABM...If it's bad then maybe it affects the voting?
The ASC/ASIC wouldn't allow them to do that?
If it's good...the market needs time to digest and it does affect voting as the NEXT phase of the deal is IGO investing 7M...which inturn is dramatic as the current deal says 1M in cash or 1.5M is shares...which is 10% of ABM.
They are only going in if they found more gold. So I assume we'll see some good drilling results?
Boys...this could be it.
If IGO own 10% of ABM then they'll want to put more in at these levels and maybe go to 19.99%. And a board seat. It's then a brand new company.
Stock will explode.
This is ABM...so nothing good every happens.
Just have to wait.
