If you wanted me to comment on Regal specifically, they'd, not unlike myself, they would probably be a buyer under $0.40 and take their entitlement if they already saw value. They also wouldn't hesitate to sell plenty of their post action stock near or north of a dollar in coming months or years, should some catalyst take OPT there....not unlike most big houses who trade and invest in and out of cyclical stock share price movements with regularity.
