I guess a 20% discount to the ~3.5c it was manipulated to trade at = ~3.0c.
They will release root lake results after the cap raise as this will keep the share price moving upwards from yesterday's 3.8c.

The same thing happened last cap raise. peaked at 3.4c, manipulated to 3.0c then cap raise announced at 2.6c. Assay results from Seymour released and then share price was free to move upwards which it did.

I'm not concerned about the share price retreating because it didn't happen last time, insto's will want it to rise plus the cap raise is excellent news, short-term paper pain for long-term gain.
