I'm interested in AGY and wanted to ask if someone knows what the 5 day and 10 day VWAP - volume-weighted average price for AGY? The CR can be done at a discount or at a premium, which will be known in a further announcement.
- PLS raised a truckload of shares at a discount (38 cents compared to a VWAP of 41.9c) just over a month ago with the lion's share going to instos and sophisticated holders ($85M). And $15M as an SPP to current holders.
- DKO raised a large amount of cash at a premium to the close at 18.5c i.e. the CR was at 20c.
Thus my question is, what is the 5-day VWAP and 10-day VWAP for AGY? We know it closed at 3 cents... whether the raise is at a premium or a discount remains to be seen.
