A CR is not optimal. But after the webinar I saw it as inevitable. And it would have been delusion to think otherwise.
for a company like ahz 8.8 million in the bank is near cash strapped. You can't go into partnership negotiations about products and leverage with a balance sheet and liabilities that currently look like they do. The webinar was about getting the company in shape, and unfortunately it was pretty obvious that a CR was going to be a part of that process.
Large instos (that everyone is always talking about) don't invest in cash strapped near bankrupt companies.
