As they should the market will punish the SP for the CR (CR's are bad even when they are good). If the Quartarly Results are below expectation we could be in some medium term pain.
The company can't be blamed for raising calital, it is often necessary at this stage of a businesses development. I believe they are doing a good job of commercialising the product and have reiterated that they are online to meet revenue targets which counts for a lot to me.
As far as the toll manufacturing structure is concerned, I like it. I don't want to fund the expense of commercial manufacturing facilities at this stage.
This and the sales rep structure are low initial cost models to get the ball rolling without outlaying massive capital up front.
