It's simple, if you are "small fry" act like small fry... if you're a top 20/40 holder, great - contact the CEO...

This is the most dangerous assumption to make in business EVER. The first thing I've learnt in business is to never make assumptions on a person. I dealt with people in business that I initially thought were 'small fry' as you put it, only to find later on they were putting feelers out for very large organisations. It's the same with investors. You might think you know who is small and fob them off using your 'class' mentality but the next one you fob off might just be someone who is very influential and you have just burnt your bridges.

Frankly your attitude as described stinks, and it's a shame that so many people still think like this. As I said Nick is a breath of fresh air. More should aspire to be like him in the way people are treated.
