A capital raising and capital restructure to support the strong growth and expansion.....yes it may potentially dilute holdings a little if equity driven but this will drive expansion and greater value in the future. Most rapid growth businesses need extra cash to support the lag on cash receipts so not surprise.
If this was a cap raise to survive with cash flows floundering then it would be a concern but nothing could be further from the truth with AJX. Sit back and see where this is in 12 months and I am sure all will look back and say it was capital well spent. Look forward to seeing what detail is in this ann as it could be some exciting expansion opportunities in there.
