I think unlikely in the extreme, but a coup if it does happen and an indication that strong buying interest could follow. More likely at a 10% discount to a VWAP period, hopefully without attached options/warrants. I'd expect them to raise around $10 million too to ensure a buffer (could be more depending on the 'opportunity' it is being associated with), especially given the palaver that shareholder make of raisings - best to get plenty when you do and hopefully avoid any further ones down the road than revisit the angst/SP stagnation etc around these events.
