I don't really understand how this solidifies the register either, from memory it's about 75% retail already, I don't intend to sell and am sure many others are in the same boat. Even if this raising is large at $20 million (which I think is at the extreme end of what is reasonable based on current information) it's still 'only' about 10% dilution and won't alter the registers make up appreciably.
If it's $150 million at 30 cents, then we'll be in real trouble, but I can't see that happening.
