The FACT of that is more dilution.
The interpretation of that is yet another supposed cornerstone investor, OR perhaps another Lansted Capital loan/debt for equity facility. Which in turn is likely to raise the question, why such the big deal made about being debt free just ???? 3 weeks ago?
Which if true, simply means another pump & dump of the SP in order for the 'loaner' to get their money and get out.
