All up drilling, assay and staff costs for diamond are roughly $200/m. The RC drilling costs are roughly half that. So ARD have run out of cash and are raising because they must. They are raising before announcing all results, either because the results are poor or they have solvency issues. Otherwise one would get the results out to boost the issue price.
