Not super sure of what you mean to subscribe to a CR if it fails. However my thoughts are this.
If it goes to the insto's a below market value (especially now) they will dump the whole lot back onto the market the moment there is a sniff of good news, halting a run and basically destroying any short term re-rate possibilities.
If it goes to us I will take all I can get as I rely on CR's to build up my holdings with minimal risk as I suck at picking bottoms and tops.
I'm here for the long term but I get a little impatient watching companies constantly handing free $$$ to the big houses when all it does is trash the overall company.
