If the Halt is due to your premis then we may be able to sell to Royal what they wanted out of Atlantic. It is my understanding that Royal is an Insurance Company & has no interest in mining Anthracite etc.
Maybe the halt is for another reason such as a Financial Raising/Mou/ sale off Panorama's other coal mines??
