I find it interesting that Royal have stated ‘insufficient engagement’ as their reason from backing away. I can’t imagine too many ACG shareholders would be happy with that outcome. Unless of course you were an ACG holder with an existing deal to be paid (in part) for your ACG shares in Atrum shares. That sounds familiar.

Watching very closely for the announcement on Monday (or… actually… potentially Tuesday Aus time).
