Not a ramper just smart trader ,anything with over 1 bill shares is slow to go up unless real good news ...
chances are they will be back where they started before the good news ....once the news settles ...generally you have to wait more than this though ,But hey we are good for another round, at the right price .
Fundamentals look ok ..They suck at anns. CR no rush to get back in anyway.
