Fair play on the options... but this would have been the ONLY way to entice and sweeten the deal in what was not just a bad situation but a do or die situation for the company at the time. We had zero leverage, were blindsided by COA outcome (rightly or wrongly) and need cash quick... easy to look back now and pick it apart and sprout conspiracy theories from the sidelines.
From mid April till mid June the SP traded well below 0.18 for entire period... whilst volume wasn't massive a patient buyer could have accumulated a substantial holding on market quite easily over the two month period.
