Good point but your math is way off.
Back then at 10 cents it had a market cap of almost $100 million.
Now it has a market cap of almost $100 million at a equivalent share price of about 1.8 cents
So you see, back then 10 cents and now 1.8 cents is the same and the company has gone nowhere
That is RM's legacy in a nutshell! That is what endless dilution does
