    Hi Guys,

    I truly don't believe it's a CR. It would've been listed as a CR if it was. There is a strong possibility that its an agreement with a financial institution to help fund the projects in the SI. If it was a CR it would've been listed as a CR. Don't discount the fact it could be a partnership with institutional investment house to fund all our projects! Going to be a long few days!!

    What does everyone else think?
